With the rise in computer use over the last 10 years, neck pain and headaches have also increased. When using a computer, people often lean forward to type, to read the screen and just from a lack of good posture. This altered positioning can lead to neck pain, headaches, arm, shoulder and elbow pain and also low back and glute pain.
